30-Day Return Requests

You may contact us to request an eligible return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To start a return request, contact service@hoirtuiry.com and provide your order number, the product involved and the reason for the request.

Return Eligibility

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, eligible merchandise should generally be:

• Requested for return within 30 days after delivery.
• In substantially the same condition as received.
• Returned with included accessories, components and packaging where applicable.
• Accompanied by sufficient proof of purchase.

Beauty & Personal-Care Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened, used, worn or otherwise hygiene-sensitive beauty and personal-care products may not be eligible for discretionary return where permitted by applicable law.

This restriction does not limit applicable rights concerning products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the product ordered.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please contact us promptly if a product arrives damaged, materially defective, incomplete or incorrect. Include your order number and relevant photographs or videos where reasonably appropriate.

Return Authorization

Please contact us before sending merchandise back. After an eligible return request has been reviewed, customer support will provide the applicable return instructions and return destination.

Do not automatically send merchandise to our registered business address unless customer support specifically instructs you to do so.

Return Shipping

Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for the return and applicable law. Applicable instructions and shipping responsibility will be communicated during the return process.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned product has been received and reviewed, we will notify you regarding the refund status. Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method unless applicable law requires another method.

Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time to post an issued refund.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. We will attempt to assist before fulfillment begins, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has started.
